The agricultural and livestock industry will be carried out to send labor according to the following points.
Requirements:-
- A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be signed between the regional mayor of Korea and the Ministry of Labor (or regional administrative council) of Myanmar. Our center will cooperate with an organization that has been authorized by the government of Myanmar to send workers, and we will invite technician from Korea to teach and send them.
- Information about Korea’s culture to the seasonal workers who will go to work. Languages that must be spoken It is mandatory to learn what to do and what to avoid in the workplace. (Note: We are already working to meet this requirement.)
- The required standards of seasonal workers are from 25 to 50 years of age and must be healthy (pass medical examination). There is no educational qualification limit. There is no gender discrimination. But most men will choose.
Right :-
- Seasonal workers’ wages can be linked bank to bank as part of the wages as a family transfer according to the rate set by the Myanmar government.
- Health insurance for workers working in Korea will be handled by the employees working at the Seasonal Workers Training and Care Center in Korea.
- The salary of the workers will be the same as the salary of the Korean workers. The right to overtime pay must also be obtained according to Korean law.
- The management team in Korea will consult with employers to make accommodation for workers as cheap as possible. It can cost 8% to 20% of the basic salary.
- For the workers to go to work in Korea, the general expenses, including the plane ticket, were loaned as a loan by the Korean credit department in Myanmar. It is planned to collect monthly installments at a suitable rate from the salary.
- The working period of the workers is (5 months +3 months) and the total 8 months working period would be 8 months.
- After contracted working period(5~8 months) is over, the workers must return to Myanmar. However, if he/she works for a profit, if he/she gets a contract with the employer, he/she will have the opportunity to go back to work after more than (2) months after returning to Myanmar. The Seasonal Workers Training and Care Center will make arrangements for this visit.
